This policy describes what WeatherBump (operated by Busic Digital) reads from your Jobber account, what we store, and what happens to it when you leave.

What we read from Jobber

When you install WeatherBump, you grant it access to:

• Jobs and scheduled visits — titles, dates, times, and durations, so we can plan around the weather.
• Client names and property postal codes — names so plans are readable (“call the Kellermans”), postal codes so each route gets its own forecast. We do not read street addresses for any other purpose, phone numbers, email addresses, invoices, or payment data.
• Team member IDs — to understand crews and keep assignments intact when a visit moves.

What we store

• OAuth tokens for your Jobber connection (encrypted at rest with a dedicated key).
• Your settings: thresholds, working window, notification address.
• Proposed and applied plans, including the weather evidence each decision was based on — kept so “why did you move my Thursday?” stays answerable.
• Operational error records (for example, a failed forecast fetch), shown to you in the app.

Everything is stored in Amazon Web Services (US regions). Weather data comes from the U.S. National Weather Service; we send it coordinates derived from postal codes — never client names or any Jobber data.

What we never do

• We do not sell your data, or anyone’s data, to anybody.
• We do not share your data with third parties except the infrastructure providers above.
• We do not contact your clients.
• We do not use your data to train machine-learning models.

When you uninstall

Disconnecting WeatherBump in Jobber immediately revokes our write access. Thirty days later, everything we hold about your account — tokens, settings, plans, history — is permanently deleted by an automated daily purge. The 30-day window exists so a reinstall picks up where you left off; write to support@weatherbump.com for immediate deletion.

Cookies and analytics

weatherbump.com sets no advertising or analytics cookies. The signed-in app stores a session token in your browser’s local storage; that is the extent of it.
